Hugo’s second-to-last event on the international table tennis circuit in 2025 will be the WTT Champions Frankfurt, from November 4 to 9. The competition is part of the second most important series in the WTT, only behind the Grand Smashes.

BRAZILIANS IN FRANKFURT

In addition to Hugo, the WTT Champions Frankfurt will also feature another player from Brazil: Bruna Takahashi, ranked #16 in the world.

COMPETITION SYSTEM

The WTT Champions Frankfurt will feature men’s and women’s singles events in a single-elimination system, with 32 players in each bracket.

Matches will be played in best of 5 games until the round of 16. From the quarterfinals onwards, the matches will be best of 7 games.
